⭐ HOW WRITERSFREAK.COM WORKS

GIVE THE WRITING IDEA A PAGE. SHARE THE URL. SEE WHAT HAPPENS.

WritersFreak.com is pretty simple.

You might have something you wrote, created, researched or want people to discover.

You might be somebody who helps writers turn rough ideas and finished manuscripts into something better.

Or you might be somebody who helps people find the finished work.

Give that idea its own full-page place on the Island.

I call those pages Parking Spots.

  1. Choose something that genuinely belongs somewhere around writing, storytelling or the world around words.
  2. Create one $7 Parking Spot.
  3. Add your story, offer, photographs, videos, links and contact information.
  4. Publish the page.
  5. Grab the URL and start sharing it.
  6. Update it when something changes.
  7. Create another when you have another writing-world idea worth parking.

THE PARKING SPOT IS THE PAGE.
THE URL IS WHAT YOU MOVE AROUND.
WHAT YOU DO WITH IT IS UP TO YOU.

📣 STEP 1 — CHOOSE SOMETHING WORTH PARKING

The main rule is simple:

That leaves a lot of room.

  • Your book
  • Your author page
  • One particular story, chapter, article, essay, poem, script, newsletter or series
  • A podcast, audiobook, YouTube channel or other storytelling platform
  • An author, screenwriter, blogger, journalist, podcaster, poet, copywriter, essayist or other storyteller
  • An editor, ghostwriter, publisher, designer, narrator, producer, agent, coach or writing service
  • A book launch, reading, signing, convention, workshop, writing class or literary event
  • A writing tool, publishing service, AI product, audiobook service or other business around words
  • A fundraiser, preorder campaign or legitimate crowdfunding project
  • AI and writing, publishing, screenwriting, audiobooks, literary history, book marketing, copyright or another subject around words
  • A strange story, useful idea, argument, piece of research or rabbit hole you think is worth writing about

Maybe your pitch is:

“I wrote something. Here’s what it is.”

Maybe it is:

“I help writers make what they create better. Here’s what I do.”

Or maybe it is:

“I help people find books, stories and writers worth paying attention to.”

All three belong on the Island.

💵 STEP 2 — CREATE ONE $7 PARKING SPOT

One standard full-page Writers Freak Parking Spot costs $7 one time.

  • No subscription
  • No scheduled renewal charges
  • No required package or bundle
  • No automatic expiration

You are not renting fifteen seconds in somebody else’s feed.

You are creating your own full-page Parking Spot with its own URL.

Maybe you only ever need one.

Cool.

If another book, story, subject, project, service or writing-world idea comes along later, buy another Parking Spot for seven bucks.

That’s how the whole thing grows.

✍️ STEP 3 — BUILD THE PARKING SPOT

Your Parking Spot can currently include up to 25 photographs, up to 30,000 characters, up to two supported embedded videos, links, contact information, details, pricing, a call to action, a public view counter and its own URL.

But don’t let that list make this harder than it is.

If you are an author talking about a book, the page might simply say:

“Here’s my book.
Here’s what I wrote.
Here’s what it’s about.
Here’s where you can find it.
Here’s how to contact me.”

If you are writing about one particular subject or story, it might say:

“Here’s what happened.
Here’s why I thought it was interesting.
Here’s what I found.
Here’s where you can learn more.”

If you run a writing-related business, maybe the page says:

“Here’s what we do.
Here’s who we help.
Here’s what we offer.
Here’s how to contact us.”

It does not have to look like some giant corporate publishing deck.

Make it clear.
Make it interesting.
Make it sound like you.

Use AI if it helps you organize your thoughts, clean up rough notes, brainstorm an idea or turn a pile of information into a first draft.

Then actually read what it wrote.

AI can confidently invent book sales, reviews, awards, publishing history, quotes, relationships and all kinds of other nonsense if you let it. 😂

Make it accurate.
Make it useful.
Make it sound like you.

✅ STEP 4 — LOOK AT IT AND PUBLISH IT

Before you publish, look at the page one more time.

  • Does the title make sense?
  • Do the photographs look right?
  • Does the page actually explain what somebody is looking at?
  • Are the links working?
  • Is your contact information correct?
  • If somebody reads the page and contacts you five minutes later, will you know exactly what they’re asking about?

If so, you’re probably ready.

Publish it.

Writers Freak Parking Spots publish immediately and receive their own page and URL.

📣 STEP 5 — NOW DO SOMETHING WITH THE URL

This part matters.

You built the page.

Now move the URL around.

  • Put it in a YouTube description
  • Mention it during a podcast or livestream
  • Send it directly to somebody who might care about the subject
  • Share it on Facebook, Instagram, X or LinkedIn
  • Put it on your own website
  • Add it to your newsletter
  • Text it to somebody
  • Turn it into a QR code
  • Send it to somebody who asks about your book, story, research, service, podcast, business or project

THE SOCIAL POST CAN BE THE SIGN.
THE PARKING SPOT CAN BE THE DESTINATION.

You don’t have to rebuild your whole story every time you mention it somewhere.

Send people to the page.

If you already have an audience, tell them what you built.

If you have one book, story, podcast, article, subject or project you want people to discover, send that Parking Spot directly to people who might actually care.

If you are a writing-related business, share the page explaining what you offer.

The page stays put.
You move the URL.

🔄 STEP 6 — UPDATE IT WHEN SOMETHING CHANGES

Books, stories, projects and ideas change.

That’s fine.

  • Your book price changes
  • You change what you are offering
  • The book launches
  • The podcast episode goes live
  • The reading, signing, workshop or event is over
  • The crowdfunding campaign hits its goal
  • New information changes the story
  • Your writing or publishing service changes
  • Your contact information changes

Come back and change the page.

If you have a new book, story, subject, project or opportunity, use the Parking Spot for something current or create another one.

Don’t leave old information sitting there confusing everybody.

🏠 ONE PARKING SPOT CAN BECOME A GARAGE

Every Writers Freak Parking Spot connects to your public Garage.

Maybe you only ever create one.

That’s fine.

But maybe one writing-world idea leads to another.

  • An author might create one Parking Spot for the author and another for a specific book.
  • A podcaster might have one for the podcast, one for a particular episode and another for a subject worth exploring.
  • A writer might build around AI and writing, publishing, books, literary history or whatever keeps pulling them back to the keyboard.
  • An editor or writing coach might have different pages for different services.
  • A publisher might create pages around different books, authors or projects.
  • A business might create pages around different writing tools, products, services or ideas.

Keep going and eventually your Garage can start looking like your own Writers Freak Channel.

Or don’t.

There is no requirement to build a giant Channel.

Park one thing.

See what happens.

⚡ OPTIONAL — STORYDRIVE™ CAN HELP MOVE THE PAGE

You can promote your Parking Spot completely on your own.

If later you decide you want me to help move it around, that’s what StoryDrive™ is for.

StoryDrive™ 1000 is an optional $299 distribution campaign for one active Parking Spot approved for StoryDrive™ promotion.

It works to increase the selected Parking Spot’s public counter by 1,000 additional recorded views from its documented starting number and may take up to 12 months.

If distribution happens to produce more than those 1,000 additional recorded views?

Great. I’m not sending you another bill.

I’m trying to move the page, not run a parking meter.

🎥 OPTIONAL — PUT A FINISHED VIDEO ON @FREAKSITES

If you already have a finished 3–5 minute video that genuinely belongs on Writers Freak, the Video Spotlight is another optional way to distribute it.

The approved finished video is published on:

  • @FreakSites on YouTube
  • @FreakSites on Rumble

Both placements link back to your active Writers Freak Parking Spot.

  • Maybe it is your book trailer.
  • Maybe it is an author or writing story.
  • Maybe it is a podcast, audiobook, interview, reading or literary event.
  • Maybe it is a story about AI, publishing, writing, books or some strange rabbit hole around words.
  • Maybe it is a business explaining what it offers writers, authors, publishers or readers.

Price: $99 one time.

You provide the finished video.

This is placement, not a ninety-nine-dollar Hollywood production studio. 😂

🎯 WHAT I PROVIDE — AND WHAT YOU PROVIDE

I provide: the Island, the publishing system, the full-page Parking Spot format, the dedicated URL, public view counter, Garage profile and the ability to edit your active page.

You provide: whatever you are trying to write, explain, promote, sell, research, remember or build around, the photographs and videos you have the right to use, your story, your offer, your contact information and whatever effort you decide to put into sharing the page.

I’m already using Writers Freak for my own content.

If you want to play on the Island too, seven bucks gets you a Parking Spot.

What happens after that depends a whole lot on what you park there and what you do with the URL.

🏁 THE WHOLE THING IN ONE MINUTE

  1. Pick something that belongs on Writers Freak.
  2. Create your free account.
  3. Create one $7 Parking Spot.
  4. Build and publish the page.
  5. Grab the URL and start sharing it.
  6. Update it when something changes.
  7. Create another only when you have something else worth parking.

CREATE THE PARKING SPOT.
GRAB THE URL.
START SHARING IT.
BUILD A GARAGE IF YOU WANT ONE.

Maybe you park your entire author page.

Maybe you park one book.

Maybe you park one story, subject or rabbit hole and say:

“I spent way too much time on this. Here’s what I found.”

Maybe you park a podcast, audiobook, screenplay, article, publishing story, AI tool, writing service, literary event, weird piece of history, business or somebody else’s work you legitimately represent.

Start with that one.

I’m already building the Island.

You just get to park something on it for seven bucks.

Parking Spots, optional services and account use remain subject to current Freak Sites Terms and Writers Freak content standards.
